To ensure secure communication, WEBBEE Group connected Bitrix24 to a TURN server on a dedicated virtual machine in the network. This allowed the bank's employees to make HD videoconferences and audio calls within the network, without the need for external communication channels.
The WEBBEE Group also applied the Bitrix24 Enterprise 1000 license, which provides advanced features and functionality, such as an unlimited number of users, advanced user management, and custom branding. This has enabled the bank to customize Bitrix24 to meet its specific needs and requirements.
In addition to the core features of Bitrix24, the National Bank plans to implement other modules to further enhance its intranet portal potential. This includes features such as project management, CRM, and HR management, among others.

- Installation of the Bitrix24 portal on the customer's infrastructure.
- Configuration of the Bitrix24 portal, including setting up of required modules, settings and services.
- Configuration of Local Push and Pull and TURN servers to enable closed intranet functioning.
- Installation and configuration of the WEBBEE Help-Desk custom module, including setting up of default functionality of the module.
- Testing of the portal to ensure all modules and services are functioning correctly.
